The NCT218 temperature sensor is an essential component for repairing Antminer S17+, S17e, and L7 hash boards. This dual-channel digital thermometer features under-temperature and over-temperature alarms and comes in common silkscreen options T2F, T2Y, and T2H, ensuring accurate thermal management for your mining rig.

Compact, Low-Power, and Accurate Temperature Monitoring

• Small DFN package and low voltage operation: 1.4V – 2.75V

• Measures remote diode temperature with ±1°C accuracy

• Measures ambient temperature with ±1.75°C accuracy

• Low quiescent current: 44μA (normal mode max), 20μA (shutdown max)

• Programmable over/under-temperature limits for customizable protection

• Series resistance cancellation up to 500Ω and low D-bias for low-voltage processors

• 2-wire I2C serial interface for easy integration

• Operating temperature range: -40°C to +125°C
